Customer Care Representative
Customer Care Representative: This position is responsible for processing orders for custom and stock merchandise received by mail, telephone, or personally from customer or company employee.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative:
Answer inbound calls from catalog customers (Convenience Store, Fence, ATM and Security).
Process orders (fax, e-mail, internet) into order entry system and QC check for accuracy, including pricing, hardware, product codes, etc.
Keep up to date on inventory status i.e., backordered items, new products, sale pricing etc.
Provide follow-up to customers on order status, quote requests, tracking information, shipping delays and any additional information needed by customer.
Accurately input new customer information into computer system, gathering mandatory information.
Checks inventory levels to assure appropriate lead times are quoted.
Routes orders to review department for checking and follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
Computes price, discount, and shipping charges on some orders.
Receives, researches and resolves customer complaints or issues.
Works with Production & Logistics personnel to expedite or trace missing / delayed shipments or to check status of orders.
Recommends new or additional merchandise to customer. o Prepares custom quotes.
Faxes and e-mails confirmations and other paperwork to customers for review.
Required skills of the Customer Care Representative:
Intermediate to advanced computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, 10 key (alpha and numeric), will utilize proprietary software. o Knowledge of alphabetical and numerical filing.
Works well in a team environment.

Sales Representative Open Position
Sales Representative– We are looking for an aggressive, thorough and experienced salesperson to join our team and share in our growth. You must be willing to travel 8-10 times per year visiting clients and working trade shows. Day-to-day business is conducted via telephone and managing existing accounts while pursuing new business.
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
Daily management of accounts.
Cold calling prospective businesses.
Working with design staff to help in development of new concepts for your clients.
Analyzing customer needs, presenting solutions, and adding value for the customer.
Daily management includes, but is not limited to, defining market demographics, competitive analysis, prospecting new business, and existing account management.
Qualifications of the Sales Representative:
4-year degree preferred.
Previous sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
