FORT WORTH, TEXAS—After recently becoming a finalist for the 2005 Mayor’s Global Business Award, May Advertising has yet again been honored with another impressive award. May took home the gold last week at the In-Store Marketing Expo in Chicago, Illinois. This was the company’s first time to enter the Design of the Times Awards Competition, as the long time sign manufacturer is broadening its focus to becoming a full service Point-of-Purchase provider for the retail environment. Presented by P-O-P Times, a trade publication for the Point-of -Purchase industry, the Design of the Times Awards Competition recognizes the best displays in the P.O.P. industry. The entries were innovative displays which made it past more than 100 marketing and retailing expert judges in the ultimate design competition. Industry professionals visit the Awards Gallery yearly to get new ideas, shop for vendors and seek out the latest solutions to complicated marketing challenges in the retail environment. May Advertising’s winning design was a metal counter display for a Sno-Way International. The expert team of employees at May Advertising handled this project from beginning to end with true dedication and attention to detail.
